Neil Armstrong passed away August 25 2012 at the age of 82. He died from complications with his heart following surgery. America had known him as their American hero but he was always reluctant in being this. If you are wondering who Neil Armstrong was, he was the first person to step on the moon.
“One small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind”, In 1969 the commander of Apollo 11 Neil Armstrong, said these words while he was stepping on the moon. Along after him became his partner Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin.
